Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Securing Your Booking

To confirm your party slot, the following steps must be completed:

  • Deposit Payment: A non-refundable deposit minimum of £100  is required at the time of booking to secure your selected date and time.

  • Booking Confirmation: Once the deposit has been received, we will send a formal confirmation email outlining the party details, package, and any additional services booked. This email serves as your confirmation. Your party will not go ahead without full payment being made.

 

2. Provisional Bookings

We do not hold party slots without a deposit. All provisional bookings are subject to availability and can be released at any time if another booking is confirmed.

 

3. Full Payment Deadlines

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the party date.

  • If full payment is not received by this deadline, KidsFusion reserves the right to cancel your booking and release the slot.

 

4. Changes to Your Booking

We understand that plans can change! You can make adjustments to your booking up to 28 days before your party date. Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

5. Cancellations

  • Deposits: All deposits have a 5 day offer period, then become non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Full Payments: If you have already paid the full balance:

    • Cancellations made more than 28 days before the party will receive a refund minus the deposit.

    • Cancellations made within 28 days of the party date are non-refundable.

  • If KidsFusion is forced to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

 

6. Confirmation of Final Details

To ensure everything is perfect for your celebration:

  • You will receive a final confirmation email 7 days before the party date. This will include:

    • Final party schedule.

    • Any custom themes or extras booked.

    • Arrival and departure instructions.

 

7. Late Arrival or Overruns

  • Your party includes a 15-minute buffer before and after the event for setup and exit.

  • Guests arriving late will not result in extended party time.

  • Overrunning the allotted time may incur additional charges of £50 per 15 minutes.

 

8. Additional Terms

  • Damage Deposit: For all parties, a refundable £100 deposit is required to cover potential damages. This will be returned after the party, subject to satisfactory inspection.

  • Food Policy: Party parents may bring their own food. Please inform us of any specific requirements at least 14 days in advance.

  • Guest Capacity: Party capacity limits must be strictly adhered to for safety and enjoyment. We cannot have over 50 guests onsite.
