  • Planning Your Party!
    • Always give yourself time to plan your party! We recommend 3 months in advance to make sure you can have your preferred date as we are often booked up 6-9 weeks in advance (it can often help to have a reserve date in mind incase your first choice is not available). Our personal and friendly team are on hand to always help with your party with a personalised booking experience from your initial enquiry.
    • Be sure of what you want by having a look at our options – we are here to help and can always advise on the best options for each type of celebration, we tailor each party to every childs needs so we can always go the extra mile! Just get in touch if you have any questions and our friendly team can talk you through the best options for you.
    • See it in the flesh – we hope our website gives you a good picture of everything that we offer and the facilities that are available but in any case, we welcome viewings for you can visualise the space to your tastes. All viewings are conducted by our Directors and Booking Team so you’ll be in experience hands to guide you through the process. Please note all viewings are by appointment only and can be arranged by emailing us at parties@kidsfusion.co.uk.
    • Food can often be a tricky one to get right as it can be a challenge having food for all requirements and ensure you have enough (or not too much). Here’s a few helpful suppliers that our parents often use:
      • Pizza Express (we can supply 10 Pizza’s (non-meat option), 30 juice cartons and complimentary crisps)
      • Marks & Spencers
      • Tesco
      • Waitrose
      • Wholefoods (Clapham Junction)
    • We advise giving your guests plenty of notice about your childs party to ensure they can attend. 4 weeks is generally a rule of thumb as it gives your guests plenty of time to plan and ensure you are not clashing with any other parties!
    Booking & On the Day!
    • Now that you’ve given yourself plenty of time to book your party, we advise sticking to your agreed schedule of options and packages leading up to your party. Although we can amend your booking at a later date, we cannot guarantee availability for any options, extra’s or party staff you add at a later date so we advise agreeing all your options from the outset.
    • Preparation is key! Timing on the day is crucial to a successful party experience! From you arriving on time and maximizing your booking to you leaving the site – use our 15 minute grace period and ensure your guests are clear on start and finish times. Also be realistic with the time you need, if you are rushed on your feet or need assistance, book a clean up to help ease the day or additional party time.
    • To help with your party on the day, we advise sticking to the following times:
      • arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time (this is your grace period). Our friendly team will be on hand to greet you and help you bring in food and show you around.
      • we advise serving cake mid-way through your party to ensure you give your guests enough time to eat and also time to play before the end of the party
      • packing away can be made much easier by allowing your guests to leave 5-10 minutes earlier to give you as much time as possible pack away.
    • If you’ve opted for a themed party, we will provide cups, cutlery and tableware for all seated guests (max 28 children). We will also provide additional plates, cups and cutlery for every party as spares for all guests.
    • Send out your invites 4 weeks in advance of your party to give your guests enough time to RSVP and ensure you don’t double book with other parents/guests who you will be inviting.
