Party Rules

  • Please find our party rules below for all parties at KidsFusion.

    These are parents responsibility to enforce during a party and are there to ensure everybody has an enjoyable time. Full Terms & Conditions for your party can be found on our itinerary (booking invoice) once a party has been booked. They are also available upon request via enquiries@kidsfusion.co.uk.

    Please Note: No helium balloons outside the party room. Helium balloons are not permitted in the Main Hall or outside a designated party area as specified by KidsFusion. Please refer to our terms for more information.

  • Soft Play Party
    • No food or shoes on the soft play equipment
    • The venue must be left in the same state it is found in (a deep clean not require) but parents must put all rubbish in bin bags (food on the floor is unacceptable)
    • Toilet’s ALWAYS remain the responsibility of parents
    • All fire evacuation and precautions must be followed (you will be notified of these upon your entry or on a viewing)
    • No alcohol is permitted on site under any circumstances. If found, we reserve the right to cancel your party on the spot
    • We provide a 15 minute grace period before & after your party – this is for KidsFusion clients and not guests
    • Party times must be adhered to and remain the responsibility of the parent during the party
    • We do not permit parents to attach any fixtures/fittings to the walls/ceilings of the venue
    • Parents accept any responsibility for their party guests where damage, misuse of time or the venue arises
  • Disco Party
    • The venue must be left in the same state it is found in (a deep clean not require) but parents must put all rubbish in bin bags (food on the floor is unacceptable)
    • Toilet’s ALWAYS remain the responsibility of parents
    • All optional extra’s will be arranged prior to every party starting
    • KidsFusion do not permit external providers/services on premises where we offer the same service unless otherwise agreed
    • All fire evacuation and precautions must be followed (you will be notified of these upon your entry or on a viewing)
    • No alcohol is permitted on site under any circumstances. If found, we reserve the right to cancel your party on the spot

  • Swim Party
    • Under 8’s must be accompanied in the water by an Adult at a 2:1 ratio.
    • Max capacity of 30 heads in the Learner Pool.
    • No admittance to the Leisure Pool is permitted under any circumstance.
    • Free Playzone Tickets (max 30 under 8’s). 
    • Lifeguard is provided to Lifeguard the Learner Pool.
    • KidsFusion Party Staff is provided to lead on Party Games.
    • Hosting Parent is responsible for the supervision of the participants at all times.
    • No Food or Drink in any Wetside area.
