  • How do I book?

    Booking a party is easy. Once you’ve decided which party option you’d like to go for including your preferred date and optional extras, please fill out our Booking Form to raise a party invoice.     What parties does KidsFusion offer?

    We offer Soft Play Parties, Glow in the Dark Disco parties, Sports Parties and much more! KidsFusion can do it all, we pride ourselves on creating bespoke parties for all our customers to give you a fantastic experience. Our parties include a private venue with private toilet and kitchen facilities and we can also provide party staff, face painters, entertainers and much more!

    Do you offer food with your Packages?

    No, food is not included in our party packages.

    Can we bring our own food?

    Absolutely. We are more than happy for parents to bring in their own, in fact we’ve got a brand new private kitchen facility with a refrigerator and microwave grill should you need to use them!

    How long is my party?

    All parties are pre-booked with allotted times as agreed between parents and us! All parties have a 15-minute grace period at the start and end of your party. This is ONLY for party parents and does not mean guests can arrive early and leave late. It is parents responsibility to manage timing during their party and may be charged for going over their allotted time!

  • What is your payment policy?

    Due to the high level of demand and to make sure we can provide you with a special day, we can only secure party bookings with a 50% damage waiver, including a £100.00 refundable damage waiver which is payable upon booking your party. Your final payment must be made 14 days prior to your party date to ensure you do not lose your party date.

    Upon booking a party, we will send you an itinerary with payment information with details of how to pay.

    Am I responsible for cleaning up after my party?

    Your are not expected to do a deep clean of the venue once your party finishes, but we do expect that you leave the venue in the same state you found it. This means all rubbish has been collected and disposed of in rubbish bags and bins, you have taken with you all your possessions and there is no food on the floor/or walls and toilets are left in a sanitary state.

    Is there a maximum attendance?

    Yes. Our venue can hold up to 35 children but only a maximum of 28 children seated!

    How can I arrange a viewing?

    All viewings can be booked by calling our Party Team on 0207 998 8480 to arrange a mutually convenient time to view our venue!

    What do I need to do or provide?

    All parents are required to do is bring along their own food and drinks. We take care of the rest, including invitations, the venue and tableware.
